SHIPPING INFORMATION


WE SHIP MAINLY BY UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL.  THE REASON FOR THAT IS THAT UPS AND FEDERAL EXPRESS DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDRESSES AND SOME OF OUR CUSTOMERS GET THEIR MAIL LIKE THAT.  IF YOU HAD RATHER USE UPS LET US KNOW AND WE CAN QUOTE YOU THE PRICE FOR THAT.

YOU NEED TO SPECIFY WHEN YOU ORDER IF YOU WANT INSURANCE OR NOT.  OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPED ITEMS ENDS WHEN WE SHIP.   IF YOU DO NOT BUY INSURANCE AND THE PACKAGE IS LOST THEN IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. 

ALL PRIORITY MAIL DOES HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, SO THE PACKAGE CAN BE TRACKED TO SEE WHERE IT WAS LAST IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM.  IF YOU NEED THIS TRACKING NUMBER LET US KNOW AND WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AFTER THEY LEAVE THE UNITED STATES.  USPS HAS A GREAT TRACKING SYSTEM UP TILL THE TIME IT LEAVES HERE, BUT IT IS DEPENDENT ON THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION POSTAL SYSTEM FOR INFORMATION CONCERNING DELIVERY OF THE ITEM.  IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING YOUR CUSTOMS AND DUTIES LAWS AND LETTING US KNOW HOW YOU WANT YOUR ITEM SHIPPED.  WE CAN GET INSURANCE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, BUT IT IS UP TO YOU TO LET US KNOW THAT YOU WANT IT.  WE MUST DECLARE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE KNIFE ON THE PAPER WORK TO GET INSURANCE FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE KNIFE.  THIS MAY MEAN THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY DUTIES THAT YOUR COUNTRY IMPOSES ON THE ITEM ON YOUR END.
